Each day during this COVID-19 “Coronavirus” crisis, the government has ordered limitations on travel and social interactions to slow down its spread. The recent “Stay at Home” mandates in Indiana and Ohio have the potential to profoundly and negatively impact businesses and individuals financially. What has not been clearly communicated by the media is the fact that the orders consider banks and other financial institutions as essential services and that they are to remain open. Although our branch lobbies are closed for transactional business until further notice, you still have full access to your accounts through our drive-thru lanes, NetTeller, ATMs and our mobile banking service. If you need to speak with a bank officer for a new account or loan, please call the most convenient office for an appointment. Most importantly …… FCN is open for business for you during its normal business hours!
We also realize that the coming weeks may be difficult for our consumer and business customers. We are here to help.
