FCN Mobile Banking

With Mobile Banking from FCN Bank, you can feel free to manage your accounts on your time and from anywhere, all on your mobile device through texting, apps, or web-based browsing.

Mobile Banking gives you the freedom to:

  • View Account Balances
  • View Transaction History
  • Transfer Funds
  • Pay Bills
  • Receive Alerts

Signing up for Mobile Banking is easy! (Please note that you must first be signed up for on-line banking. If you are not currently signed up for on-line banking please stop by any one of our branches to sign up.)

To activate Mobile Banking

  1. Log into FCN On-line Banking
  2. Select Options > Mobile Settings
  3. Activate Mobile Banking: check the box to enroll as a mobile user
  4. Select the accounts you want access to on your mobile device. You can choose one or all of your accounts
  5. Enter your mobile phone number
  6. Select your wireless provider from the drop down menu
  7. Review the Mobile Banking agreements and agree to the terms of use
  8. A text message with enrollment confirmation will be sent to the device you just set-up for Mobile Banking. The text message includes the Mobile Banking Website address.
  9. Enjoy your FCN Mobile Banking!!

Mobile Banking is available on mobile phones whose network allows SSL traffic.

FCN Bank now offers an app for both iPhone and Android. Please go to your cellphone-selected store to download the FCN Bank App.

In addition to mobile web banking you can also have everything done through text. (Please note that you must first be signed up for on-line banking to use this service. If you are not currently signed up for on-line banking please stop by any one of our branches to sign up)

To activate Text Banking

  1. Log into FCN On-line Banking
  2. Select Options > Mobile Settings > Text Mobile Settings
  3. Activate Text Banking: check the box to enable text access for your mobile device
  4. Enter your mobile phone number in the boxes provided
  5. Choose the accounts that you would like to be able to access with text banking
  6. Choose a mobile short name to use with those accounts
  7. Complete the registration and text your mobile validation code provided to the number provided
  8. You are now signed up for text banking. Use the commands below to access your account information.

FCN Bank Mobile Terms and Conditions

FCN Bank ("We" or "Us") endeavors to provide you with the highest quality Mobile Internet banking available. This Agreement states our obligations with respect to our Mobile Internet banking service (the "Service").

1. We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available for your use on a continuous basis. The Service may be unavailable for short periods of time for regular or emergency system maintenance. We will endeavor to have our scheduled maintenance occur during non-peak hours. In addition, accessibility to the Service may be interrupted because of conditions beyond our control, including outages in internet availability. We will use diligent efforts to re-establish the Services as promptly as possible. We do not promise the Service will always be available for your use. We may elect to discontinue this Service at any time. If We choose to discontinue the Service, We will provide you with reasonable notice in advance of that fact.

2. You are responsible for providing your own hardware and software to access the Service. The hardware and software that you use may be subject to unauthorized tracking or other manipulation by "spyware" or other malicious code. We are not responsible for advising you of the existence or potential effect of such malicious code, and your use of your hardware and software is at your own risk. We do not guarantee functionality of the Service on all wireless devices. You are responsible for the charges of any wireless service provider while using the Service.

3. We reserve the right at all times to take actions to protect our systems and information, including denial of access to users of the Service.

4. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure the Service to prevent access by unauthorized persons and to prevent the introduction of any malicious code, such as a computer virus. However, no security system is failsafe, and despite our efforts the security of the Service could be compromised or malicious code could be introduced by third parties. We will provide you with notice if your information is the subject of a security breach as required by applicable law.

5. The accounts that you access using the Service are subject to the terms and conditions of the deposit agreement for those accounts and the terms and conditions for internet banking.
