Canoefest FCN is proud to have played a key role in bringing back canoe races to the Whitewater River. Franklin Co. Fair FCN is proud to support the 4H Fair. This year FCN's booth featured a guessing game, as well as carnival games, which raised $239.50 for the Franklin County 4H Association.
