SPARTANS DEFEND HOME COURT IN 2010
Each team had one victory coming into the game. Each student body also has one victory (in seeing who raises the most money in the cause to beat cancer). But in 2010, the Connersville Spartans won both hard-fought contests.
The Cross County Classic, though, is much more than a basketball game. With recognition of survivors, and attention to the hardship that cancer has weighed on many individuals and families, the event does much good work to spread cancer awareness.
But with many extra events and special guest appearances, the event was a very fun evening as well. FCN Bank was proud to sponsor this event for the 3rd year running.
