FCN BANK ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS AND COMMENDATIONS
Arthur K. Hildebrand, President and CEO of FCN Bank, is proud to announce promotions and commendations of FCN personnel.
Thomas Horninger has been named Senior Lending Officer. Tom is a graduate of Xavier University and has had extensive experience in commercial banking and lending with US Bank, The CIT Group, and Keybank before coming to FCN. He and his wife Mary live on St. Mary’s Road and have 5 children.
In another promotion, Kim Joerger has been named VP - Internal Auditor. Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, and previously worked as Internal Auditor with Hillenbrand Industries. She and her husband Bob live in Sunman and have 3 daughters.
FCN is also proud to commend Jon Schuck, Marian Ratz, and Mary Shepard, each of whom have served the bank for 30 years. Jon is FCN’s Vice President of Trusts and Investments. He has a BA in Business from Ball State University, and he and his wife Mary have 3 children. Marian Ratz is a familiar face on the FCN Main Bank teller line, and she has 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren. Mary Shepard works as a Loan Clerk for FCN. She and her husband Terry have 1 daughter.
The bank is also proud to announce that Christine Wagner and Tara Keys have received their certification as Indiana Bankers Association Certified Tellers. FCN would also like to congratulate Karen Johnson, Jenny Hoff, Cheryl Groce, Julie Lee, and Sandy Kocher on their Associate of Science Degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University.

FCN was founded in 1901 in Brookville, and is still independently owned today, now with additional offices in Everton, Batesville, Sunman, and Harrison.
